Georgina Marty

Georgina has over 38 years business experience in several industries.  Beginning in banking in the South Florida market, she quickly became interested in risk management and was an owner and officer of a Domestic Property & Casualty Insurance Company in Florida for over 10 years.  Her experience in building began back then as she build a home office for Union General Insurance Company, of over 22,500 square feet, in the Doral area of Miami, FL.  She has a designation of a Charter Property & Casualty Underwriter.   She held the licenses for both  Property & Casualty insurance as well as Life & Health.

After Insurance Georgina worked in the Mortgage Industry as a broker for multiple lenders and was also a mobile closer for several Lenders.   In addition, she and Roberto operated a successful multiple lines insurance agency in Port St. Lucie and in Ocala, FL.

In 2012, Georgina obtained her real estate license and has overseen many property transactions since then.  In Marty & Huggins Development, LLC she and Roberto have partnered to bring the process of building and designing comfortable and efficient modern homes and duplexes to Ocala.   We have an excellent track record of quality building and reputation.  We have many investors both foreign and domestic.  Our creative programs for either investing with us or building with us give our clients the comfort level that they desire for their intended level of investment.

A graduate of the University of Miami’s School of Business in Finance and International Marketing.   Fluent in 4 languages.  Fulbright Fellow to University of Coimbra, Portugal and recipient of the Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriter from the Insurance Institutes of America, Malvern, Pennsylvania.
